Campaign in Mystara: The Mystara Campaign is known as “Wrath of the Immortals” and is based around a storyline set in the Gazetteer Known World region of the setting. There characters are investigators for a benefactor known as Rheddrian based out of Darokin City. This campaign is played out over four phases with a potential fifth phase depending on players, characters and the story outcomes.

This is the introduction scenarios of the characters teaching them the world and the concept of investigation into the strange occurrences plaguing the world as the characters learn it. This was expanded to include level 5 as the turning point between campaign phases. Each of the mysteries the character have solved will be detailed over time to help expand how they fit into the world
Things that have been made available as part of this aspect of the campaign:
- Characters start play in the year AC 1000 and gain a level every game year. (while not always followed, it was the base intention of the campaign)
- Characters should have one common item
- Dragonborn started to appear in the year AC 1000
- This phase ends with the Adventure of Mystery in the Silver Sierras.

Rheddrian’s Investigation Bureau
Phase Two of the Wrath of the Immortal campaign centres around the Rheddrians Investigation Bureau, with the various groups being invited to work for this benifactor who makes sure they have the funds to investigate the world looking for changesin foreign policy, religions and new (or old) cults emerging.

Further after the characters have met Rheddrian and signed on to be part of his Investigation Bureau, tehy are also asked to try and track down missing technology from his starship that may destroy the world. What and who is behind the stolen technology remains to be discovered, but finding knowledge in the past, present and future are all part of their phase of the storyline as the dangers in the region start to compound.

Their Reward: 1,000 gp each per Mystery solved to Rheddrian’s satisfaction paid in advance using gnomish banking mechanical cards that allows you to withdraw this from any capital city that has a branch. Mysteries solved in Phase one also count.
