Galaxy Map

  • sw-ffg-b-fa Force Awakend
  • Wookieepedia

Note: In February 2021 I will be starting to complete the galactic segments below. This will create new trade routes as details are update through the content below.

Here is the Star Wars Galaxy Map broken down into the square regions from the larger map. This is a work in progress and due to changes to WordPress, I have been delayed in adding more sections while I figure out how to continue. I hope to have it finished by the end of 2020.

Pabol Hutta

Planets: Nal Hutta (S12), Hosko, Varl (S11), Gos Hutta, Mulatan, Sleheyron (S10), Sespe

Pabol Hutta is a major Hutt Space hyperlane, connecting Nal Hutta, Varl, and Sleheyron to the periphery region at the current northernmost point of Hutt Space.

Pabol Hutta was a hyperspace route in Hutt Space that linked Nal Hutta and Sleheyron. It was the entryway into the Bootana Hutta, the “Garden of the Hutts” where the throneworlds of the various Hutt Kajidics were to be found. The Pabol Hutta was rarely traveled by outsiders.

Companion Cresh

Companion Cresh was a satellite galaxy of the galaxy. It was over 150,000 light years away, farther out than Companion Aurek (also known as the Rishi Maze) and Companion Besh (Firefist).

Companion Dorn

Companion Dorn was a satellite galaxy of the galaxy. It was well over 150,000 light years away, farther out than Companion Aurek (also known as the Rishi Maze) and Companion Besh (Firefist).

Companion Esk

ompanion Esk was a satellite galaxy of the galaxy. It was farther out than Companion Aurek (also known as the Rishi Maze) and Companion Besh (Firefist).

Firefist

Firefist, formally known as Companion Besh, was the indigenous name for the second nearest of the satellite galaxies orbiting the main galactic disc, and was known as Companion Besh within the Galactic Republic. Firefist was located some 150,000 light years from the main galaxy. In general it was considered unexplored, save by some probots.

Rishi Maze

The Rishi Maze, formally known as Companion Aurek, was a dwarf satellite galaxy orbiting the galaxy. The satellite derived its name from the planet Rishi, the most popular starting location for hyperspace travel to the Rishi Maze.

Design Decisions for the Galaxy Map

Travel times for the galaxy map is based on making it more accessible for play, and may be changed depending on how well it works out in game. Having travel via a major trade route a lot faster than normal travel is in the lore of the setting, and making planets off the trade lanes requiring longer times usually refers to less data in the region, or astronomical phenomena that make travel difficult in that area.

Hidden Notation – Some of this notation is hidden in the existing segments, and will be cleaned up as I progress, but here is the reference relivance.
