Abregado-Rae (CW)

Abregado-rae, also known simply as Abregado and sometimes spelled Abregado-Rae, was a trade world located in the galaxy’s Core Worlds. It was situated at the beginning of the Rimma Trade Route. Abregado-rae had the reputation to be a rather lawless world, and its main spaceport was as close to a safe dock for smugglers as could be found in the Core.

During the High Republic Era, a countess living on Abregado-rae ordered a saberfish from Tibrin for her private aquarium, with it being transported to the Core in the starship Legacy Run. After the saberfish became ill due to her people not knowing how to care for it, the countess paid for the Run to return the fish to Tibrin.

Located in the Borderlands region of the Core Worlds, Abregado-rae is a centre of manufacturing and trade. Though it marks the start of the Rimma Trade Route, the system is not especially influential in galactic affairs.

Giju (CW)

Giju was the Herglic homeworld. Located in the Colonies, it was on the Rimma Trade Route and was one endpoint of the Giju Run. Giju was an aquatic-type world with large bodies of water and associated terrain including: expansive oceans, islands, marshes, and glaciers. Giju had many spaceports and manufacturing centers.

Giju is the homeworld of the Herglics and the centre of their pre-Republic empire. They once colonised and controlled systems around their home- world, stretching into the Inner Rim. Their influence extended along the Rimma Trade Route. Although the Herglics were one of the first species to join the Republic, the Empire has essentially enslaved them.

Procopia (C)

Procopia is the capital world and heart of the old Tapani Empire, and now serves the same role for the Tapani Sector. Located in the southern reaches of the Colonies, the Tapani sector still exerts economic and political influence throughout the area.

Procopia was a planet located in the Tapani sector, on the Procopian Shipping Lane. It was one of the wealthiest worlds in the Tapani sector. It was the sector capital since Shey Tapani united the Tapani sector, and remained the capital when the sector joined the Galactic Republic.

Procopia was a verdant world of warm oceans, and thousands of large islands of grassy plains and small woods. The weather was mild throughout most of the year along most of the island chains (except for those close to either pole). Though there is a rainy season along the equator which runs through most of the winter.

Davla was Procopia’s one proper continent. Located on the southern pole, it was pummeled by gale-force sub-zero winds through most of the year – when it wasn’t being buried by molten lava from the hundreds of active volcanoes seething across its surface. Needless to say, few people lived there all year around, though numerous lodges dotted the coast in areas that were least likely to be buried in volcanic ash. In the brief summer months, nobles and politicians traveled here to hunt the elk-like baranda and to fish (or at least pretend to while hatching plots and alliances).

Large urban centers were built upon many of the islands. Many are private preserves owned by houses; residential zones for the house nobility when they stay on Procopia. Others are devoted to government or the service industries which surround government.

Teyr was a bureaucratic and tourism planet located in the Surric system of the Colonies.
