Magical Item – Master Ring – Medium

Standard: Intended for use with the Collars of Calming, these rings allow the wielder to command anyone wearing a collar (Calming, Slave, etc) as if they are attuned to it while holding the lead.

Attunement: Attuning this item is to link it to an unattuned Collar. A medium ring can attune 1 medium collar or two small collars. You can only attune one Master Ring at a time.

Relic: If you are a human and attuned you know which direction your attuned collars are. If you are an ethengarian you can count horses with collars as one size smaller.
