  • Standard: Once per long rest while wearing this cloak you can force an attacker who has hit to roll again with disadvantage ignoring the original result.
  • Attunement: While you wear this cloak, it projects an illusion that makes you appear to be standing in a place near your actual location, causing any creature to have disadvantage on attack rolls against you. If you take damage, the property ceases to function until the start of your next turn. This property is suppressed while you are in-capacitated, restrained, or otherwise unable to move.
  • Relic: If your a halfling then taking damage does not affect the power of the cloak and you can reset the standard power after a short rest.

  • Standard: This cloak has nithian pictographs which magica does not translate. Once per long rest while wearing this cloak you can force an attacker who has hit to roll again with disadvantage ignoring the original result.
  • You can fast travel on an active Nithian roadway , even if your not one of the recipients of the original activation.
  • Attunement: While you wear this cloak, it projects an illusion that makes you appear to be standing in a place near your actual location, causing any creature to have disadvantage on attack rolls against you. If you take damage, the property ceases to function until the start of your next turn. This property is suppressed while you are in-capacitated, restrained, or otherwise unable to move.
  • While on an activated Nithian roadway you gain the benefits of a short rest while travelling each hour.
  • Nithian waystations automatically open their doors as your approach from the outside and when you touch them from the inside.
  • Relic: If your a halfling then taking damage does not affect the power of the cloak and you can reset the standard power after a short rest.
