Magical Item – Collar of Calming – Small

Standard: When this is placed around the neck of a beast of up to Small size. It allows the holder of the lead attached to the collar to command the beast with it having disadvantage on the saving throw. It has 3 charges and regains 1d3 charges at dawn. Removing the collar destroys its enchantment.

To place it around the neck of the animal it either needs to subdued or willing.

Attunement: Attuning this item uses a slot from the creature as well as the master through a master ring. Once attuned it cannot be removed without permission of the master or a magical remove curse. The master may command the bound creature without a saving throw allowed.

Relic: If you are a human and attuned you know which direction your attuned collars are. If you are an Ethengarian you can count horses as medium creatures.
