  • Standard: While wearing this circlet, you can use an action to cast the scorching ray spell with it. While you make the spell’s attacks, you do so with an attack bonus of +5. The circlet can’t be used this way again until the next dawn.
  • Attunement: You can use a bonus action to gain advantage on using the scorching ray. You can shed dim light in a 20 ft radius as an action and turn it off as an action.
  • Relic: If you are attuned and a genasi you can refresh with a long rest, or a short rest if your a fire genasi.

While wearing this circlet, you can use an action to cast the scorching ray spell with it. While you make the spell’s attacks, you do so with an attack bonus of +5. The circlet can’t be used this way again until the next dawn.
  • Attunement: You can use a bonus action to gain advantage on using the scorching ray. You can shed dim light in a 20 ft radius as an action and turn it off as an action. You have resistance to cold damage.
