Expendable Items can be attuned on use, at the cost of a random attuned item and slot.
Cursed Items auto attune on use and replace a random attuned item and slot.

  • Magical Item – Uncommon – Circlet of Blasting – 400 gp
    • Standard: While wearing this circlet, you can use an action to cast the scorching ray spell with it. While you make the spell’s attacks, you do so with an attack bonus of +5. The circlet can’t be used this way again until the next dawn.
    • Attunement: You can use a bonus action to gain advantage on using the scorching ray. You can shed dim light in a 20 ft radius as an action and turn it off as an action.
    • Relic: If you are attuned and a genasi you can refresh with a long rest, or a short rest if your a fire genasi.

    • Standard: Designed by the Norse of the northern reaches it in made of intertwined copper with a fire opal in the middle of the forehead and the rune for elemental fire “Ild” surrounding it. While wearing this circlet, you can use an action to cast the scorching ray spell with it. While you make the spell’s attacks, you do so with an attack bonus of +5. The circlet can’t be used this way again until the next dawn.
    • Attunement: You can use a bonus action to gain advantage on using the scorching ray. You can shed dim light in a 20 ft radius as an action and turn it off as an action. You have resistance to cold damage.
    • Relic: If you are attuned and a genasi you can refresh with a long rest, or a short rest if your a fire genasi.

I am a long term gamer, I run 6 RPG's a fortnight, host board game, card game and LANs each about once a quarter and have an addiction to buying more games. Games I am currently running are Pathfinder (1st and 2nd Edition) and Dungeons and Dragons (5th Edition).
