    • Standard: A light fabric that shimmers with faint dragon designs visible in the fabric when examined closely. While wearing it you feel as if life is great no matter what is happening to you and you can use a bonus action to make it billow dramatically.
    • Attunement: While attuned to it shimmers with a faint blue glow outlining the dragon designs in the fabric when a dragon is within 120 ft. Hair also billows dramatically. Can change the colour, shape and style of the cloak as a bonus action. This does not affect its quality, symbolism or patterns in the fabric. Can be done during a short or long rest. You have Advantage on making a first impression once per day, refreshes at sunrise.
    • Awakened: Upon first impressions, you appearance will also alter to make you more appealing to the target of your impression. This causes you to upgrade a success to a critical success
    • Relic: A halfling attuned to this item has advantage on charm checks against targets larger than you while attuned once per short rest.

Eastshire Cloak (F038)
  • Magic Item – Common – Eastshire Cloak – 50 gp
    • Standard: While wearing this cloak, you can use a bonus action to make it billow dramatically. It takes up half the normal weight when not worn and is beautifully made.
    • Attunement: Hair also billows dramatically. Can change the colour, shape and style of the cloak as a bonus action. This does not affect its quality, symbolism or patterns in the fabric. Can be done during a short or long rest. You have Advantage on making a first impression once per day, refreshes at sunrise. While you are attuned to it, it can’t be picked up, stolen or moved by another.
    • Relic: A halfling attuned to this item has advantage on charm checks against targets larger than you while attuned once per short rest.

I am a long term gamer, I run 6 RPG's a fortnight, host board game, card game and LANs each about once a quarter and have an addiction to buying more games. Games I am currently running are Pathfinder (1st and 2nd Edition) and Dungeons and Dragons (5th Edition).
