Expendable Items can be attuned on use, at the cost of a random attuned item and slot.
Cursed Items auto attune on use and replace a random attuned item and slot.

• Magical Item – Uncommon – Pearl of Power – 400 gp
  • Standard: While holding this pearl, you cast identify on one magical item. This ability is used once per month and refreshes at dawn after the night of a full moon.
  • Attunement: You can use an action to speak this pearl’s command word and regain one expended spell slot of up to 3^rd level. Once you have used the pearl, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
  • Relic: If you are a dragon and have another dragon item attuned to an item slot, then this item does not count towards your total attunement limit. You are also able to embed this pearl in your scales and count that as held for the purpose of holding this magical item.
