History

A Thyatian follower of Duke Stefan’s, Cordelius became Stefan’s immediate subordinate in charge of overseeing trade and trade taxes.

Personality

Cordelius is a grave, humorless bureaucrat. He is loyal to Stefan and does his job well but is not a barrel of laughs in a social setting.

Appearance

Cordelius is short and round (4’8″ and 230 lbs.), age about 55, with graying hair (clean-shaven) and brown, serious eyes. He dresses in plain blue robes decorated with the badge of his ministry.
