Pathfinder 2 – Adventures
Missing people in Sandpoint
Thassilonian Resurgence
4709 P1 (Level 3)

Overview
This uses events from Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition Chapter 1 – Burnt Offerings. The settlement of Sandpoint is having a festival when goblins attack and they are forced to help defend the village.
Using content from: Part 3 – Glass and Wrath.
Part 3 – Glass and Wrath – The process of glassmaking is as much an art as it is a craft, and one that the Kaijitsu family has held pride in for several generations after the family was exiled from Tian Xia and made the perilous journey over the crown of the world, their skill at glassmaking played a key role in securing a role among the aristocracy. When the Sandpoint Mercantile League was established to found the town, the Kaijitsu’s were there not long after Sandpoint was founded, they began construction of what would become one of the town’s most unique and profitable businesses – the Sandpoint Glassworks.
How did I modify it to my TRAP campaign?
This group has a character from Sandpoint and he received word through the Pathfinder association that they were looking for help finding missing people. They did not trust the Hellknights to solve it and wanted to make sure those not associated with them were able to solve the mystery. There was fear that it was caused by the hellknights themselves.
I made the entrance to be in the basement of the characters family house, with the teleportation circle due to connections later in the storyline.
How my players fared
They manages to shut down the temple of wrath, invoke the goddess Lamashtu, murder one of their parry members and banish another due to it falling under the sway of the god of wrath.
Total time to complete
- Group A (Wednesday) – 3 sessions
Concluding Thoughts
Was an interesting session and the parties first real interaction with the God of Wrath and their power. The party played right into the hands of the two gods involved in the session making it a perfect set up for a future storyline.
