Tlincallis, also called scorpion folk, are chitin-covered creatures, humanoid from the waist up with the lower body of an enormous scorpion, complete with a stinger at the end of a long tail.

- Resistance – Reduce Fire or Radiant damage taken by 3.
- Weakness – Increase Cold or Force damage taken by 3.
- Skills – perception +4, Stealth +4, Survival +4
- Senses – darkvision 60 ft, passive Perception 13
- Language – Tlincalli (Scorpionfolk)

- Actions
- Multiattack – The scorpionfolk makes two attacks, one with its longsword, or spiked chain, and one with its sting.
- Skilled Longsword (melee weapon attack) +6 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target
- Hit (one handed) 9 (2d4+3) slashing damage
- Hit (two handed) 11 (2d6+3) slashing damage
- (B) AC Defence (+1/2) – You gain an armour class bonus, for a set number of attacks each round.
- (B) Deflect (1) – Before an attack is made you can choose to deflect several attacks instead using your attack roll instead of your AC.
- (B) Disarm (Base DC 11) Dex save or opponent you have struck this round is forced to drop their weapon. If they roll a natural 20 you drop yours instead.
- Spiked Chain (melee weapon attack) +6 to hit, reach 10 ft, one target
- Hit 6 (1d6+3) piercing damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 11) if it is a Large or smaller creature.
- Note: Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and the scorpionfolk can’t use the spiked chain against another target.
- Skilled Sting (melee weapon attack) +6 to hit, reach 5 ft, one creature
- Hit 9 (2d6+3) piercing damage plus 14 (4d6) poison damage and the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. if it fails the saving throw by 5 or more, the target is also paralysed while poisoned. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn, ending the effect on itself on a success.
- (B) Two-Weapon Fighting: Can use this attack if other attack in the round was a light weapon. This attack does not use your mod bonus to damage.
