Magical Item – Helm of Underwater Action

Standard: This brass helmet allows the wearer to once per day grant yourself either waterbreathing, darkvision or swimming for the next 10 mintues as if you were attuned.

Attunement: While wearing this brass helmet, you can breathe underwater, you gain darkvision with a range of 60 ft, and you gain a swimming speed of 30 ft..

Relic: Genasi can use the item to grant one touched creature the effects of water breathing. Water Genasi who also have another water genasi slot item equiped do not count this towards their attunement limit.
