Magical Item – Scroll of Ownership – Minor

Standard: Intended for use with the Slave Collars, these scrolls allow the holder to command anyone wearing a collar (Calming, Slave, etc) as if they are attuned to it while holding the lead.

Attunement: Attuning this item is to link it to an unattuned Collar. A medium scroll can attune one medium collars or two small collars. You can only attune one Scroll of Ownership at a time. Once you unattune this item, you can reattune it at a later time. You can activate any of the attuned commands on all or individual collars connected to this scroll.

Relic: If you are a human and attuned you know which direction your attuned collars are. If you are a Nithian or Ethengarian you can count collars as one size smaller.
