- Standard: This gem contains a mote of elemental energy. When you use an action to break the gem, an elemental is summoned as if you had cast the conjure elemental spell, and the gem’s magic is lost. This gem summons an Earth Elemental.
- Attunement: While you are attuned to this item you can speak Terran and once commune with the elemental gods or those of the Sphere of Matter with the expectation that answers come with a price usually in the form of a quest which them consumes the item.
- Relic: If you are a genasi then you can use this item to reduce the soul burn of a earthologist secret craft by 1 consuming the item.
- If you are an earth genasi then you can use this to allow you and up to five allies to move through earth at your walking speed while presenting it before you like a holy symbol, once you stop moving the item crumbles to dust.
