  • Standard: While wearing this cap underwater, you can spend an action to create a bubble of air around your head. It allows you to breathe normally underwater. This bubble stays with you until you spend an action again, the cap it removed, or you are no longer underwater.
  • Attunement: While you are attuned to this item you can share your bubble of air with another creature your touching while you touch.
  • Relic: If you are a genasi and attuned then you can share it with an additional creature. If you are an water genasi you can instead share this out to two people you touch if they stay within 30 ft of you.
