Magical Item – Helm of Comprehending Languages

Standard: While wearing this helm, you can use an action to cast the comprehend languages spell from it at will.

Attunement: While attuned to this helmet, and while wearing it, you can spend a bonus action to converse with someone in a language you do not know for a charge and it lasts for 10 minutes, and it gains a single change at dawn if attuned. If you unattune the item it loses all charges.

Relic: If you are a human then you can add this to a set of armour as part of that attunment. If you are Thyatian and have another Thyatian item attuned to an item slot, then this item does not count towards your total attunement limit.
