Magical Item – Weapon of Fish Command

Standard: This is a magic weapon, which is usually a trident, but can be any weapon adapted or suitable for use underwater.

Attunement: As an action you can expend on charge (of 3) to cast dominate beast (DC 15) on a beast with an innate swimming speed. The trident regains 1d3 charges at dawn. If attuned to a sea elf, you gain an extra 2 maximum charges.

Relic: If used by a Genasi you gain an extra charge, if used by a water genasi the DC in increased to DC 17.
