Price: (1d6+1) x10 gp (20 to 70 gp) – 50% for consumable items

Expendable Items can be attuned on use, at the cost of a random attuned item and slot.
Cursed Items auto attune on use and replace a random attuned item and slot.

Standard: A spell scroll bears the words of a single spell, written in a mystical cipher. If the spell is on your class’s spell list, you can use an action to read the scroll and cast its spell without having to provide any of the spell’s components. Otherwise, the scroll is unintelligible.
If the spell is on your class’s spell list but a higher level that you can normally cast, you must make an ability check using your spellcasting ability to determine whether you cast it successfully. The DC is 10. On a failed check, the spell disappears from the scroll with no effect (and a scroll mishap chance).
Once the spell is cast, the words on the scroll fade, and the scroll itself crumbles to dust. The DC of the spell is 13 with an attack bonus of +5. A prepared spellcaster can use a spell scroll with a spell from their list and copy it into their spellbook. When a spell is copied from a spell scroll, the copier must succeed on an Intelligence (Arcana, Nature, or Religion) check with a DC of 10. If the check succeeds, the spell is successfully copied. Whether the check succeeds or fails, the spell scroll is destroyed.
Attunement: If attuned to the item, you can transfer the item to you spell book, or replace a known spell for spontaneous spellcasters.
Relic: If you are Dragon then you don’t have a mishap roll on using the scroll.
